  I live at California apartments and everyone is very considerate. The maintenance is always on top of everything as well as the office being friendly. I always feel safe because security is walking around. The pool is always clean everything always is and I’m happy to live here.

  My fiance and I have lived here since July of 2016 and I can honestly say, this is the best apartment complex in the area. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The maintenance crew does a great job on keeping the grounds beautiful and are always prompt on responding to apartment maintenance requests. Amy is the best and has answered all of our questions that have popped up over the years. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to move into the area.

  Just moved in here a couple of months ago and haven't regretted it for a moment. Even before signing the lease we felt very welcomed and appreciated (unlike some other places that we were looking to rent). We both work 9-5 & the staff stayed late so that we could tour the apartments after work. The entire complex is clean, the landscaping is maintained, & there is always a neighborhood watchman patrolling. The amenities are great and the staff is super helpful when you need something. I couldn't be happier with our decision to lease an apartment here.
