  If you're looking for a nice apartment with great amenities, this is it. The leasing staff is amazing and super helpful. The property managers are incredibly helpful and ALWAYS take care of anything I need right away. They explain everything throughout the leasing process in detail making renters super confident. Maintenance staff is above and beyond. They're super trustworthy and they become friends very quickly. The ONLY thing I could ask for is a weight set in the gym. Reasonably priced, spacious units, dog friendly, and a cozy array of amenities. Definitely the place to be!

  The are is quiet, and some of the appts are decent. However, they will nickel and dime you. Living by myself and admittedly being a neat freak, I kept my appt SPOTLESS! From top to bottom I even recleaned, scrubbed, and vacuumed my vacant apartment when I moved out... but apparently you are charged for normal wear and tear carpet damage....the only thing I did not do, was shampoo the carpets.... long story short- i will only be receiving about half of my original security deposit back, if I’m lucky. I would not reccomend The Landings to anyone I actually cared about. Side note- Ange Megnin in the leasing office is and always has been extremely helpful!!!

  Apartment was filthy at move in, vents were not cleaned and full of dust, oven was full of built up oil, washer/dryer is rusty and older model- not the one pictured in the gallery. Kitchen cabinets are cheap and brown with a bad white spray paint cover up on the outside and liners from previous tenant glued into the drawers. Siding on apartment buildings need to be power washed. Bathroom was full of hair and dust from previous renter. A scam needless to say. Worst regret living here, can't wait till my lease is up. Not luxury living whatsoever. Models are much cleaner than the apartment you actually get. At walk through we were told a cleaning team would clean the apartment before move in and it never happened, they just want your money. Not to mention the skylight windows cause water damage on the walls and are filthy with dirt you can barely get light into your apartment. Stay away from this place.
